Janet Dirks, a parishioner at Christ Church Cathedral, Victoria, is a former reporter based in the city. She recently hung up her microphone after 30 years in journalism, most recently as Alberta Bureau Chief for CTV National News. Janet is now a media consultant and enjoys volunteering.
